To ensure that Mission Janitorial & Abrasive Supplies will have competitive
pricing, we have aligned ourselves with several powerful buying and sales organizations,
Afflink (formerly Affiliated Paper Companies) and Hillyard, just to name a
few. These affiliations produced in excess of $1.5 billion in janitorial supplies
sales alone last year. Additionally, national accounts can be serviced through
our dealer network.

We recommend that you use our five to eight digit item numbers. In most instances,
the manufacturer's product number has been indicated for reference purposes.
This should eliminate possible incorrect ordering, providing you with faster
service.

Mission has no minimum order.
Orders under $150 are subject to a $25.00 delivery charge. Special order merchandise is subject to freight charges from the manufacturer.

Our computerized inventory and order entry systems assure quick access to the
products you need. Orders may be placed by phone, Internet, mail, FAX, via
PC modem, or in person with one of our customer service or sales representatives.

Call us! Our Customer Service Representatives will assist you. Additional products
are readily available through our manufacturer and dealer network. However,
once those items have been shipped from the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled
or returned.

We would be pleased to submit bids if your purchasing system requires them.
Please add our name to your bid list or send your request for a quotation to
our Sales Department.

Should you require back orders, please contact your representative for special
handling information. Otherwise, all back orders will be automatically shipped
as soon as possible.

Mission will accept returns of merchandise on regular stock items with proper
authorization. Please call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization.
All returns must be made within 60 days of the order date. A restocking charge
applies to all returns except those shipped due to Mission's error.

All manufacturers' warranties are passed directly to our customers.

Customers with approved lines of credit have terms of net 30 days. All major
credit cards are accepted for all orders. Credit cards used to pay on account
will be assessed a 2 1/2% processing fee.

Mission's factory trained mechanics repair and service the broad complement
of top equipment lines that we sell. Our service personnel are equally capable
of repairing most other cleaning and abrasive blasting machinery brands manufactured
in recent years. Mission maintains a large inventory of replacement parts for
quick turn-around service.

Mission biennial produces an Open House and Trade Show, allowing our customers
to talk to and learn directly from the leading manufacturers of abrasive and
janitorial supplies. Special merchandise discounts, training seminars, and
food and refreshments are highlights of the show.
