All our products are available 24/7 on our eStorefront web catalog.
Due to specific market agreements, not all products from a manufacturer are available at each Mission location. And while Mission makes every effort to maintain a current catalog, manufacturers constantly change products to improve performance or enhance design. For this reason, we encourage our customers to review our Internet catalog or contact their customer service or sales representative for the most timely, up-to-date information.
Accurate and extensive product inventory at your finger tips
Mission’s ERP computer system features an integrated Radio Frequency Bar Code Controlled warehouse logistics system which tracks and fulfills orders accurately throughout the handling of your order(s). Daily Inventory Cycle Counting helps maintain our inventory counts accurately and when complemented by our sophisticated inventory demand ordering software, allows us to forecast our customer needs.
Returned Goods Policy
Mission will accept returns of merchandise on regular stock items within 60 days of the order date and with proper authorization. A minimal restocking fee will apply. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a return goods authorization.
Special Order Items*

Because of their unique, customer-specific requirements, all Special Order items must be paid for at the time of order.
* Please note that in most instances, Special Order items are not eligible for return to the manufacturer. Special Order items that are approved by the manufacturer for return are subject to a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee plus applicable freight fees for return to the vendor.
